How to Measure Lindab Guttering
The most common ordering mistake with Lindab guttering is measuring from the outside of one seam edge to the outside of the other. This gives you the wrong number every time.
Lindab guttering is sized by its internal width — marked as D on the diagram above.
Measure from the inner face of the rolled seam edge on one side to the inner edge on the other side. That's your D measurement. Match it to the table below to find your size.
| Nominal size | Internal width D | Seam depth d |
|---|---|---|
| 100mm | 107mm | 17mm |
| 125mm | 123mm | 17mm |
| 150mm | 155mm | 17mm |
| 190mm | 192mm | 22mm |
If you're replacing existing guttering, check and see if there are any existing labels on the guttering as these will help identify the correct profile and colour, if however the guttering has been up for some time these labels will have likely worn off.
